Ready.Set.Goal.

Refocus. This is something that we are constantly reminding ourselves to do. We all have moments where we feel stronger and moments where our weaknesses seem to overcome us. The trick is to remember where we have been to propel us to where we want to be.
My journey with weight loss has not just been a journey about losing weight but has been a spiritual and mental journey as well.I honestly think that everything is linked. I have been reading a book called the Healing codes, where research has been done with stress and cellular memories. Everything is linked to stress and cellular memories. We have to change those memories to move on. The work is not just about controlling what we eat, but controlling what we think and what in our past could be destructive to our future. This is why so many who lose so much weight gain it back, we haven't fixed the real problem. I want to help people to find what the real reason is and share the resources with them to help them on this journey.
The healing power of the Savior is a HUGE and also the most important part of the entire process.
