Almost weigh in!!

Its been two days shy of my first week in the Put a Stop to the Muffin top Challange. Today I have hit a wall. I need to step it up. I need to stop weighing myself. Ihave stopped at about a 6 pound loss for the week. I know that number seems really good but I need to be pulling numbers about three times as high as everyone else to win the challenge each week. I would like to see some high numbers but I can see from my food logs that I am not eating quite enough. I need to focus on more vegtables and fruits throughout the day. I usually eat about 6-7 servings and the last two days have been ave. 2 servings a day. I am doing really well drinking water. I ave about 1-2 gallons a day.
I am trying not to get discouraged with the fact my back and hips hurt all the time. It makes it hard to train. I cant even run, but I do what I can do and thats enough, right?
The good thing is that my mental state is so good right now. I am making slow progress but feeling great about how I feel. I feel AMAZING!
I am pretty excited to weigh in this week. I am hoping to drop a couple more pounds before thursday morning!!!
