Very Sore

Yesterday I started off with a bike ride in the morning. As I approached the half way mark for one mile I realized that I should be off the road and in the park trail. So I saw the curb and thought to myself "I can totally jump that thing." Well I was wrong. I jumped up that thing and promptly fell on the grass. I laughed at myself thinking about how my desire to be a "hot rod" did NOT make me one. So on I went to the second curb, this one was a jump DOWN not up. I thought to myself, "OK you can DO this one, just balance yourself." I did have second thoughts because this one had pavement at the end of it. But this time I did it! Good thing because I was using those feet hook things and there was no way I was getting out of those. I made it and I finished my first mile in YEARS. Then I did an interval running session with my son for one mile. I felt good. Its a start. I decided I dont have time to be scared about the mini tri I am doing, I just gotta do it. Last night I finished off with an hour of Zumba (which is my preferred method of torture) I LOVE ZUMBA. If I had money I would open a Zumba studio and hire Steph to teach all the classes. She is AMAZING. And REAL fun. Zumba is how working out should feel!!!
So today I am sore pretty much everywhere. Feels good. Today I am taking it easy and just doing a two mile walk.
